Future housing growth in Surrey Heath

Major Housing Growth

The Surrey Heath Borough has an overall supply of identifiable and deliverable housing land for 1,925 net new dwellings over the next 5 years (2019-2024) from a base date of 1st August 2019.

A 'Call for Sites' is due in 2020 and will help the Council to identify land within the borough that may have potential for development over this period.

We know that growing the resident population of the centre will be great for vitality and offers a sustainable and attractive lifestyle for everyone.
