Physica Health

Adapting and Giving Back to the Community

It’s great to hear about how businesses have adapted to COVID-19 here in Surrey Heath and how part of that has involved giving back to the local community. One business has been doing its part to help and support the NHS during this time. Physica Health is a Physiotherapy, Pilates and Performance business based in Bagshot. They opened in November 2019 but their youth as a business hasn’t stopped them.

Since lockdown they’ve been offering free 15-minute phone consultations as well as a free Pilates session for people in the community and beyond. These have been particularly helpful for those that have been left without post-op support due to the strain on the NHS. They’ve also been able to transition to working online with clients who have still be able to access and see results despite not being able to be there in person

There’s been a big effort to try and support people through their social media account offering up: motivation Mondays, training Tuesdays, wisdom Wednesdays, and testimonial Thursdays. As trained Physiotherapists owners Damien and Vanesha have signed up to the NHS return scheme to help out where they can. If you would like to find out more contact them at info@phsyicahealth.co.ukor on their website http://www.phsycahealth.co.uk
