Business Parks

Albany Park/Lyon Way is an edge of town location provides excellent transport links with the benefit of being close to local commerce and retail outlets. The High Street is just a five-minute walk away.

Frimley Business Park is located adjacent to Junction 4 of the M3. Nearby Frimley station provides direct services to Guildford, Reading and Gatwick Airport.

St Georges Industrial Estate is located off Frimley Road (B3411) via Wilton Road. The estate benefits from good transport links to the A30 via Frimley and is less than 2.5 miles from junction 4 of the M3.

The Southern Trade Centre is located on the A331 Blackwater Valley Relief Road, close to Next, Tesco and Marks & Spencer at The Meadows roundabout.


Tuscam Way is located off Stanhope Road adjacent to the A331 which in turn provides direct access to the A30 and M3 Motorway (J4). Tuscam Way has excellent links providing easy access to nearby regional centres

Watchmoor Park is a fully managed business park located in Camberley, minutes from the M3 and just 33 miles from Central London.

Yorktown Industrial Estate consists of modern industrial, warehousing and office units with ample parking. The site is located approximately 38 miles from London.


TOWN CENTRE WORKING

Camberley town centre is home to a number of office based businesses and faces a continual demand from new occupiers.

We intend to meet this demand though new a variety of high grade, office space in the town centre and as part of the prestigious London Road development.
Retail is a hugely important industry in Surrey Heath as demonstrated through the Council freehold ownership of The Square Shopping Centre in Camberley.
